Joe Neagle, Founder

In 1973, Joe Neagle established Neagle’s Flexo as a small flexographic trade shop focused on craftsmanship and dependable customer service. His commitment to doing things the right way shaped the company’s reputation for reliability and helped it grow as printing technologies evolved from rubber plates to photopolymer and digital plates.

RANDY NEAGLE, PRESIDENT

Randy brings over 50 years of experience in the printing industry, having worked just about every job imaginable. His hands-on knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and unmatched work ethic have shaped the foundation of our company. Known for being incredibly handy and resourceful, he continues to lead by example and ensures that quality, reliability, and craftsmanship remain at the core of everything we do.

JOSEPH NEAGLE, VICE PRESIDENT

Joseph grew up in the printing industry and brings hands-on knowledge and a practical approach to his role. Known for being resourceful and results-driven, he focuses on maintaining high quality and improving efficiency to help the team overcome challenges and deliver excellent results.
